We are currently seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2–4 years of experience for a dynamic and growing law firm located in Morristown, New Jersey. Position Overview:
- Location: Morristown, NJ
- Schedule: Full-time, in-office
- Bar Admission: New Jersey Bar required; New York Bar preferred
- Experience: 2–4 years of litigation experience; insurance litigation a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare discovery responses
- Handle motion practice, court appearances, and depositions
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
- Develop and execute legal strategies in collaboration with supervising partners
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar (REQUIRED)
- Admission to the New York Bar is a plus
- 2–4 years of experience handling litigation matters, preferably in insurance defense
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
