Legally Hired Professionals, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled permanent full-time Litigation Attorney with 7 years of litigation experience to join a well-established law firm in Morristown, NJ. Insurance litigation experience is a plus. Candidates must be admitted to the New Jersey Bar, and New York Bar admission is preferred.
The ideal candidate will manage complex litigation matters, advocate on behalf of clients in court, and play a key role in resolving legal disputes through strategic negotiation, contract development, and case management. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation
- Advocate for clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations
- Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and contracts
- Provide strategic legal counsel and risk assessment to clients
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and client service
Qualifications:
- 7 years of litigation experience (insurance litigation experience is a plus)
