Our two salon & spa locations service a combined 1,600 guests each month...all our stylists are over 80% booked and busy, with a waiting list. Responsibilities:
- arrive early and prepared: plan to make the most of your day!
- maintain a positive, energized, and confident demeanor
- demonstrate passion & curiosity for your craft by engaging in continuing education
- utilize social media for marketing, guest engagement & portfolio
- make genuine connections: always be authentic, respectful, compassionate & fully present
- make efforts to maintain 70-85% booked
- exceed your guest's expectations, inspiring them to return: 65-80% retention
- educate guests on appropriate products available for sale in the salon to replicate their look: 25-40% purchasing
- invite feedback from guests mentors & have the ability to learn from mistakes
- cleaning & upkeep duties of salon

Educational Requirements:
- current or expected Michigan cosmetology license
Physical Requirements:

Expected hours:
- 39-40 hours per week
Expected income (full time):
- Training period 3-6 months, 35 hours per week: average of $437 per week
- Year 1-2 $57,000 per year average
- Year 3-5 $68,000 per year average
- Year 6-8 $75,000 per year average
- Year 9 $96,000 per year average
Salary : $45,000 - $70,000
