What are the responsibilities and job description for the Relationship Banker position at Legence Bank?
At Legence Bank, we are providing customers a compassionate and trusted banking experience that exceeds even their highest expectations while empowering employees to provide superior service and offering growth in a challenging career. We are looking for a like-minded individual to join our team as a Relationship Banker, who will establish, expand, and maintain customer relationships by providing above and beyond service, focused on the specific needs of each individual and business banking customer. Other essential functions include:
- Executing customer transactions and assisting with the customer with all banking relations
- Understanding the bank’s security policies, procedures, and awareness of risk
- Identify cross-selling opportunities
- Initiative in developing brand awareness
- Exhibit interpersonal and communication skills,
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- The employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Fridays, and 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for a minimum of two Saturdays per month.
- Part-Time Team Members will not work more than 30.00 hours in a given week.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 years of Cash Handling Experience Preferred
Preferred Education and Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to quickly learn new software
- Valid Driver’s License
