Full-Time, 100% In-office. Remote/Hybrid not an option.Therma is seeking a detail-oriented individual who possesses the ability to multi-task to provide support regarding daily bank reconciliations, deposits, completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.A successful candidate should possess the ability to:Develop relationships and communicate across all company functions;Properly prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlinesSee challenges as opportunities to make improvements and develop a team;Be detail-oriented and deadline/results/accuracy drivenHave a controls and risk-based mind set while executing daily, monthly, quarterly tasksEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform bank reconciliations.Perform daily check deposits via remote banking system.Perform daily application of payment to customer accounts.Maintains monthly AR account reconciliation.Performs bank reconciliations.Sales Tax and Payroll Tax.Perform accounting duties related to month end close.Works with a team to process payroll for 1000 employees on a weekly basis.Receives, codes, and processes vendor invoices; maintains packing/receiving slips and matches to invoices.On a weekly basis, reviews invoices scheduled for payment and special check requests with AP/Payroll Manager.Reconciles monthly vendor statements to the general ledger and accounting system.Maintains monthly recurring invoices and payments.QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years’ experience in an accounts receivable/accounts payable.Construction experience preferred.Well-developed financial analysis capabilities to support reporting and Company objectives.Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong time management, organizational skills and adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments.Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines; ability to adapt to change.Proven ability to quality deliver results in high stress situations.Strong analytical and mathematical ability.Problem solver with excellent follow-up and customer service skills.Team player with excellent communication skills including the ability to develop relationships.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with HP 3000, IFS or OneStream a plus.Positive attitude, good judgment and strong sense of responsibility and ownership.Unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this position.#LI-JS1 #LI-Onsite
