Legend Air - Heating & Cooling is looking for the next best EXPERIENCED Call Center/ Customer Care Representative to join our Legendary team! Get in on the ground floor of this growing home service company and be part of building something Legendary!
As a Customer Care Representative your day will be fast paced handling a large volume of inbound calls & outbound calls, texts & emails from various platforms. Your primary duties will be to schedule service appointments, offer other services, accept payments, answer questions, discuss our maintenance agreement, and other admin duties & projects, while ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and follow-up.
In addition to providing exceptional customer service, this role will include planning and coordinating community and employee events, as well as creating and executing social media content.

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
- You will be responsible for making sure our schedule is full of jobs.
- Treat every customer like your best friend
- Successfully handle high volume inbound customer service calls/texts & emails
- Making/handling high volume of outbound calls/texts & emails
- Respond to e-mail/text inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and handle inquiries
- Take payments
- Resolve customer grievances.
- Maintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment details
- Actively promote and sell new or additional services or products when applicable.
- Other office/admin duties
- Complete assigned projects
- Additional tasks include community & employee event coordination and social media content creation.
Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes?
- REQUIRED ** 1 years phone customer service experience
- Sales experience preferred
- ServiceTitan experience is preferred
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft, G Suite and other applications
- Goal oriented with a desire for success
- Able to multitask
- Proven ability to process high volumes of work with great accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Being adaptable and responding quickly to continuous changing responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies and other processes.
- Must be able to work some evenings and weekends if needed.
- Must be able to work on site in our Frisco location, Remote only positions are not available at this time.
- Must have social media content creation experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
