This role will be responsible for key commercial priorities in launching CARVYKTI worldwide (excluding China) and advancing its indications. This position will report to the Exec Director – Head of Marketing and will be hybrid or based in Legend’s corporate office located in Somerset

Role Overview
This role will be responsible for key commercial priorities in launching CARVYKTI worldwide (excluding China) and advancing its indications. This position will report to the Exec Director – Head of Marketing and will be hybrid or based in Legend’s corporate office located in Somerset
Key Responsibilities
The Sr./Director of Global Marketing will be responsible for several areas, including but not limited to:
- Coordinating with global partners (e.g. John & Johnson) and business regions to develop and execute commercial strategies, launch readiness plan, tactics, and messaging
- Launching indications in various global markets
- Managing the life cycle for CARVYKTI
- Partnering with R&D and Regulatory to bring commercial insights and develop/strengthen the Target Product Profile (TPP)
- Collaborate with Johnson & Johnson to understand the value propositions needed to support reimbursement and approvals globally
- Collaborating with Medical Affairs to ensure a robust data generation and publication plan
- Through collaboration with Johnson & Johnson, engage international thought leaders and patient advocates to help inform CARVYKTI strategy
- Partnering with key cross-functional partners (e.g. Analytics, Supply Chain) to inform manufacturing needs
- Provide commercial assessment of internal pipeline or external assets of interest as it pertains to potential
- Assist with content development and preparation for investor engagements and provide review of internal/external corporate communications when applicable
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and regulatory guidelines governing commercial and scientific interactions with healthcare professionals, payers, advocacy and other business partners
- Undergraduate Required, Advanced Degree Preferred
- 12 years of extensive experience across brand marketing, managed markets, and sales/sales management in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industry is required. Prior Oncology and CAR-T experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities, gain alignment, and drive decision-making across cross-functional teams
- Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate commercial and competitive implications of complex technical/clinical/regulatory data
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Well-developed analytical and strategic skills.
- Proven ability of successfully manage complexity, solve problems, and build strong relationships.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrate strong leadership presence through influencing without authority
- Must be able to travel (25%) as dictated by business need
