Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with production managers and facility leaders to address environmental and health-related issues.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and protocols.
- Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Environmental Science or Occupational Health and Safety.
- Minimum 5 years of EHS management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or other relevant certifications.
