Group Home Manager
Summary: Oversees the daily operating function of the group home to ensure that it operates safely and within the guidelines of Woodward Foundation policies and the Division of the Developmental Disabilities (DDD). This is a safety sensitive position.

Responsible for the Residents of the home which includes:
- Preparing for and attending all ISP meetings
- Maintain ongoing communication with parents and guardians, Physicians and DDD Support Coordinators
- Ensure all applicable regulation/standards are adhered to at all times.
- Report, process and follow up on all incident reports immediately and make all necessary notifications.
- Attendance at all Doctor appointments
- Attendance or designate staff when client is taken to ER/Hospital
- Ensuring all follow up from Doctor appointments are completed
- Complete all Medication Administration Records (Med Log) sheets before the 1st of every month.
- Ensuring that employees maintain compliance regarding:
1. Article 9
2. Prevention and Support
3. Fingerprint Clearance
4. CPR & 1st Aid
5. Preventing Abuse and Neglect Exploitation
6. Medication Administration
Responsible for Physical Plant (Group Home)
Responsible for maintaining Group Home Budgets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 per year
