Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Trailer Assembly Specialist to join our assembly line operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production of our trailers, working with a team to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble components of trailers, including frames, walls, roofs, and electrical systems, based on detailed blueprints and instructions.
• Operate power tools such as drills, saws, grinders, and sanders to perform cutting, drilling, and fastening tasks.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of completed work, troubleshooting any issues or defects.
• Work closely as a production team to meet daily targets and maintain an organized, efficient work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas: carpentry, welding (MIG and TIG), fabrication, electrical systems, sheet metal handling, and power tool operation.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or a similar assembly role is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Good physical stamina, as the role involves lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A commitment to workplace safety and following all protocols.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including full health insurance, paid time off (PTO) and holidays, Roth IRA matching program, and opportunities for advancement and skill development.
