Duties

- Assess residents' interests and abilities to create personalized activity plans.
- Facilitate group activities such as arts and crafts, music therapy, games, and exercise classes.
- Collaborate with caregiving staff to ensure activities are integrated into daily routines.
- Organize special events and outings that encourage community involvement and socialization.
- Maintain records of participation and evaluate the effectiveness of programs regularly.
- Provide support and training to staff on best practices for engaging residents in activities.

Skills
