Shifts:
Monday- Friday (8-5/variable hours based on transportation needs)

Qualifications:
- Texas Driver license is required
- Ability to relate with all staff and potential patients and family members
- Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor)
Legend Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation of Waxahachie is conveniently located just off US-77, at 151 Country Meadows Boulevard. We feature 121 beds, 44 gorgeously-appointed private rooms and 24 semi-private suites. Contained within the beautiful buildings of our spacious 10-acre property are a Hospital Observation Suite, two dining rooms, a relaxing spa, courtyard, comfortable public areas and spacious hallways.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety during transport.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Operate the van safely while transporting patients to appointments or facilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient needs and enhance care delivery.
- Schedule appointments as needed.
