Overview
Legend Technical Services, Inc. (LEGEND) is seeking a chemical analyst with experience in inductively coupled plasma (ICP) analysis to work in our inorganic chemistry department. Samples include mining extracts, some digesting of samples, medical products extracts, and other environmental samples like soil and water. Work will include other tasks within the inorganic department to support the analytical needs but focused on ICP work and inorganic analysis.
Responsibilities
- ICP analysis within appropriate turnaround times.
- assist others to achieve success in the dept with respect to customer satisfaction and overall quality. other work can include basic laboratory housekeeping, acting as backup for ICPMS (with sufficient training), assisting in some of the mining related wet chemistry like pH, solids, etc.
- Data review
Experience
- degree in chemistry and some work experience as an ICP analyst.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
