Summary
The HVAC Install Manager will oversee our installation operations, manage a team of skilled technicians, and ensure the successful completion of HVAC installation projects under the guidance of the HVAC Service Manager and Blue Ox Operations Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee daily dispatching and efficiencies of Install Technicians
• Manage installation labor to achieve budgeted goals
• Coordinate with Install team to determine and ensure required resources are in place to complete the project within cost standards.
• Monitor installation timeline, progress, and keep installations on track
• Analyze performance and identify and influence improvements.
• Coordinate with Authorized Service Providers to support installations.
• Minimize overall project cycle time and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Use continuous business process improvement tools to identify and address any underperforming areas.
• Responsible for timely completion of Installation Paperwork.
• Review billing and Warranty Claims
• Lead and manage a team of HVAC installers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.
• Set expectations for each installation, including safety and code requirements.
• Coordinate with installation technicians, installation coordinators, warehouse/inventory manager, fabrication, and sales manager to complete jobs on time and within budget.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of installation technicians, ensuring high-quality installations.
• Establish and maintain customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor the performance of installation technicians, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
• Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings, and one-on-one interactions.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and favorably, following the company's established procedures.
• Analyze and control job expenses to meet budgetary requirements.
• Ensure all production personnel are following OSHA safety standards and promote a safety culture
• Other duties as assigned

- Demonstrated track record of project management skills.

- May have to work nights and weekends is applicable
- Assist in recruiting and interviewing new installers and apprentices

- Proficient in MS Office
- Comp Cards Required (Master’s a plus but not necessary)
