This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. The successful applicant will demonstrate mechanical knowledge, proficiency with power tools, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
• Perform construction plumbing tasks including pipe threading and building necessary structures for plumbing installations.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Utilize power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
• Collaborate with other trades such as carpenters to ensure seamless project completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
  
  

Experience

• Proven experience in plumbing with a strong understanding of construction plumbing techniques.
• Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques to handle materials safely.
• Experience using power tools and other equipment relevant to plumbing tasks is preferred.
