Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide menu recommendations and handle special requests or dietary needs.
- Take orders accurately in person, over the phone, or through online platforms.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments (cash, card, or digital).
- Clear tables and assist with bussing and resetting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dining area and cashier station.
- Assist with any additional duties assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, cashiering, or food service is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Willingness to learn about Chinese cuisine and culture.
Working Conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry food trays.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
