Job Description:
We are looking for friendly and hardworking servers to join our team at Legendary Spice. As a server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers with a friendly attitude (热情迎接并安排客人入座)
- Take food and beverage orders accurately (准确记录顾客点单)
- Serve dishes in a timely and professional manner (及时、专业地上菜)
- Provide recommendations on menu items when needed (适时推荐菜品)
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service (确保餐桌整洁并摆放整齐)
- Handle payments and operate POS system (处理账单及POS机操作)
- Collaborate with the bubble tea team to ensure smooth service (与奶茶团队配合，确保订单顺畅衔接)
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally (解答顾客疑问，并妥善处理问题)
- Follow restaurant policies and hygiene standards (遵守餐厅规定，保持卫生标准)
Qualifications:
- Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not required (有餐饮经验者优先，无经验可培训)
