We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team at the Emerald Grande on the Harbor Walk Village. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes, room assignments, and guest communication.
- Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Process guest transactions, including payments and incidentals, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, scanning, and faxing, as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
