Summary/Purpose:
As the Treasury Management Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer support for business banking clients by facilitating the installation of Treasury Management products, troubleshooting service issues, and assisting with sales efforts. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to provide legendary service to increase customer retention resulting in non-interest income and deposit growth. You will be flexible and willing to assist in other areas to ensure positive growth of the department. You will cultivate relationships with business clients to ensure service needs are met to foster long-term retention. This role requires a highly motivated and solutions-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Support the bank's strong relationship banking culture through on-going customer contact, quality customer service and superior product knowledge.
- Coordinate and execute the implementation of Treasury Management products, including ACH, remote deposit capture, positive pay, online banking wire transfers, merchant, lockbox, and other Treasury Management solutions.
- Provide training to clients on the use of Treasury Management products and services.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance requirements are met for all product installations.
- Partner with Electronic Banking team to ensure implementations and on-going customer support are in line with sales goals along with assisting in treasury management annual reviews and on-sites.
- Provide technical and operational support to customers on all Treasury Management products and services.
- Assist in promoting Treasury Management and Merchant Service solutions to new clients and support existing client retention while gradually assuming direct sales responsibilities to drive department growth.
- Partner with Relationship Managers, Lenders, and Branch staff to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Treasury Management solutions.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.
- Educate internal teams on Treasury Management products and services to enhance cross-selling.
- Participate in customer meetings, events, and webinars to promote Treasury Management solutions.
- Receive training to develop your knowledge of Treasury Management and Merchant Service solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and industry updates.
- Support special projects, process improvements, and other initiatives as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent. 2 years banking experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
