Overview:

Average earnings include hourly, % of sales, and tips. Must be able to work independently, in a fast paced environment, pass a background check, and have transportation to and from the mobile site.

Responsibilities:

- Hours are flexible, but mandatory Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Engage with customers, take orders, and provide menu recommendations
- Prepare and serve a variety of food items in a timely manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck workspace
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service

Skills:
- Proficient in food handling and preparation techniques
- Strong sales acumen to promote menu items effectively
- Prior experience in customer service roles is advantageous
- Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions
- Familiarity with grocery store, restaurant, or food service environments
- Understanding of food safety protocols and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality service
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
