What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Supervise, train, and coach the Beverage team, fostering a collaborative environment that ensures top-tier service.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance: Maintain a high standard of service by ensuring the Beverage team follows all company policies and procedures, offering guidance and timely corrective action when necessary.
- Optimize Operations: Create efficient schedules to maximize customer satisfaction and manage labor costs effectively.
- Cost Control & Sales Management: Oversee cost of sales and track inventory and sales via point-of-sale systems.
- Hands-On Leadership: Jump behind the bar or on the casino floor when needed to interact directly with guests and maintain seamless operations.
- Keep the Team Engaged: Lead communication efforts and stay in the loop with meetings, training, and feedback to ensure everyone’s on the same page.
- Adapt & Assist: Step in wherever necessary across the property, supporting smooth operations in food outlets and restaurants.
- Maintain Records & Reports: Keep all team member documentation, evaluations, and necessary licenses up to date.
- A natural leader with excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Experience in the beverage or hospitality industry with a solid understanding of bar operations.
- A strategic thinker who can balance customer service excellence with labor cost controls.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive when it comes to team management and reporting.
