THE ROLE
The Associate, Digital is Responsible for building and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple buying platforms, as well as communicating in a proactive, professional manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Launch, track and adjust the performance of real-time bidding, paid search, and paid social media campaigns
- Schedule and traffic creative
- Create tracking pixels and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ensure brand safety and pixel integrity across accounts
- Develop deep understanding of clients’ business and objectives
- Assist in creating digital media strategies for new client campaigns
- Provide reports and updates to internal and external clients as needed
- Keep up with industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate, communicate and share best practices across the organization
- Cooperatively take on other responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Desire to continually learn and improve
- Ability to work well within a team as well as self-manage under deadlines
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work traditional and non-traditional office hours as needed
