Event Day Premium Food Expeditor

The Role

Communicate in English orders and information between the Premium FOH staff and the kitchen while making sure that food is cooked in correct order, efficiently and presented correctly to guests. This role will include filling the carts and hotboxes and labeling each food item per the premium area its being delivered to so that each menu's food push goes out correctly labeled, with all needed sides and sauces, to the correct premium space in the building.

Responsibilities

Communicate orders and information between the front of house and back of house while making sure that food is cooked in correct order, efficiently and presented correctly to guest.

• Check every menu, BEO and order and make sure that every single item of food is covered, labeled with destination (Suite number or area) and every item of the BO has been prepared correctly, has all the correct sauces or dips, and  in the properly labeled hotbox or cart (Cold) to be transported to suites, kitchen, or north boundary. There are 20 suites, Summit Club, Executive, Rapids, and other drops. 
• Ensures that proper food temperatures are maintained, and items are accurately labeled and delivered with complete orders
• Responsible for safety standards, neatness and sanitation of work areas. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen including shelves, walls, floors and drains.
• Follows assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation.
• Participates as a team player with specific responsibilities as related to preparation, excellent service and delivery of product.
• Handles and cleans kitchen equipment carefully and safely to prevent damage or injury.
• Adhere to company guidelines for appearance and uniform standards.
• Other duties as assigned
• Leads the food runners, direct them when a hotbox or cart if set and ready to go, follow the extensive timelines to make sure all items are delivered by the assigne dtimes and coordinates accurate delivery of orders.

Qualifications

• Great organizational skills, detailed oriented, fast and effective worker
• Leadership skills and takes initiative, they need to own this responsibility and stay on schedule for each food push
• Strong time management skills to meet the required BEO commitments
• Strong interpersonal skills; can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within and outside the organization; creates and builds positive and productive relationships
• Responds quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances; embraces change and adapts; learns from past mistakes and adjusts accordingly
• Can manage people and resources to get projects completed; has a strong ability to multi-task and keep order.
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary training preferred
• Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a very fast paced high-end club, or restaurant
• Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays. All games and concerts are Fri, Saturday or Sundays evenings.
• Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
• Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds;
