ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize ATS, Teamwork Online, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other resources to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for open roles.
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and tracking applicant flow.
- Support the candidate pipeline by maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies.
- Assist TA Manager with weekly and bi-weekly reports and other projects as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-starter with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and/or ATS is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and an interest in data reporting.
- A passion for recruiting, talent acquisition, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
