What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Patron Shuttle Driver position at Legends Casino Hotel?
Operate on-property shuttles from parking areas and casino/hotel front entrances. Follow all Security Department and safety procedures.

- Provide support on-property by driving shuttle vehicles from casino and hotel parking areas to front entrance.
- Promotes excellent guest relations with Casino and Hotel patrons with assistance boarding and disembarking shuttles and providing general information.
- Observes and reports safety hazards and unsafe conditions.
- Creates a comfortable and friendly environment for guests and associates.
- Safeguard property assets.
- Must complete, after hire, safety and driving training programs. As well as acquiring a CPR/First Aid Card and Blood Borne Pathogen Training.
- Complete pre and post-shift checklist of duties ensuring cleanliness, maintenance and operational efficiency of shuttle vehicles.
- Provide the highest level of ongoing guest service by ensuring that guests’ needs are met satisfactory.
- Arrives to work on-time, is accountable, professionally dressed and ready to service guests in a friendly, personable manner.
- Ability to make confident, independent decisions to maximize guest service experience.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and be on-call.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm, courtesy, responsiveness and professionalism in our daily work.
- Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures.

EXTENT OF JOB AUTHORITY: Provide safe, on-time professional-level transportation service for casino and hotel guests. Have an excellent driving record. Excellent guest service skills and passenger assistance required. The ability to work with a variety of individuals and personalities in a mature and professional manner at all times. Authority to report safety hazards or unsafe conditions to uphold the integrity of the casino.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR POSITION: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Must take and complete casino training certification.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift up to seventy five pounds (75lb). The ability to bend, reach, squat, stand or sit for long periods of time in all types of weather conditions.
SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR POSITION:
Able to learn and follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Excellent communication and guest relations skills. Physical ability to perform all job duties. The ability to remain alert at all times to all surroundings and events. Good report writing skills. Valid Washington Driver’s License, proof of a clean driving record submitting a driving abstract from WA Department of Vehicle Licensing (for previous 2 years) required. Must be 25 years of age or older.
