What are the responsibilities and job description for the SecurityParking lot/ Satellite Attendant position at Legends Casino Hotel?
Responsible to safeguard all casino assets in the parking lot and casino premises by patrolling surrounding areas. Observe and report any unusual or prohibited activity and ensure employee/customer safety. Responsible to observe all traffic entering and exiting the employee/vendor access road and report daily activity by maintaining accurate logs.

- Maintain visibility and patrol all parking areas/entire casino premises to deter crime and safeguard assets.
- Performs assigned work duties in a guest service friendly and safe manner.
- Responsible to respond to calls of service and/or emergencies.
- Ability to effectively present information to guests and general public.
- Resolve any team member or guest/vendor disputes by directing them to the proper supervisor for resolution.
- Respond and gather information on outside incidents.
- Maintains company, team member and guest confidentiality on all activity.
- Monitor parking lot surveillance, when applicable.
- Control restricted parking areas and assign parking when necessary.
- Must attend and successfully complete mandatory training programs: Handcuffing, Defensive Tactics, CPR/First Aid, AED, etc.
- Be accountable to regulatory documents.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Builds relationships inside and outside of their department / team to improve ways of working and provide a great guest experience.
- Models for the team, a strong work ethic and is visible, available and present for the guest and their team.

LICENSE REQUIRED: Must obtain and hold a Class II gaming license while employed and complete an annual background check with TGA.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR POSITION: High School Diploma or GED, and a valid Washington State Driver’s License required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to walk or stand for prolonged periods of time; ability to lift or move (50) lbs. or more. Frequently exposed to outside weather conditions, including variations in temperature and precipitation. Ability to work any shift, work nights, weekends, holidays and events as required.
