Quality Control Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring our manufacturing processes meet high standards for product quality and consistency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quality control within a manufacturing setting and will be responsible for overseeing daily quality operations, including inspections, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of each product ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance strategies to meet production goals and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality assessments to ensure product quality at each stage of manufacturing.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality control processes, safety protocols, and production standards.
- Investigate and address quality issues or discrepancies in products and production lines.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including production and engineering, to resolve quality concerns and enhance product consistency.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and quality reports.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to ensure clear understanding and cooperation among team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality control or quality assurance role.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards, methodologies, and industry regulations.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English – both verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
