Salary Range : $18 per hours plus comissionl (commission based)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities :
Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicles issues
Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance
Provide cost estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer
- Process customer warranty and obtain authorization before beginning repairs
Process payments and handle cash transactions
Maintain accurate records of all service transactions, and customer communications.
Requirements :
Previous experience in the automotive industry
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
Proficient in cash handling procedures
Familiarity with BMW, Harley-Davidson, and Indian a preferred.
Knowledge of TalonEs.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously without excuses
