THE ROLE
Legends is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced in-house creative team to develop outstanding visual communications. Candidate will work with Creative team to conceptualize, design, develop and execute a wide range of materials for our corporate brand and our partners.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Design and layout of marketing communication materials including advertising, fliers, brochures, digital ads, magazines, splash pages, trade show materials, logos, banners, and more
- Work with design team and Creative Director to provide creative services support to multiple departments within Legends in addition to our sports, entertainment and attractions partners
- Perform other design related duties as assigned
- Experience in professional sports and entertainment a plus
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design preferred
- Must be able to demonstrate creative experience through portfolio of work samples
- Possess understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and typography in digital and print media
- Working knowledge of the print process and the ability to prepare files for internal and external printing
- Web/Social/Email/HTML5/Flash design experience
- Experience working in fast-paced, quick turn-around environment
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising creativity and quality
- High-level of attention to detail
- Required expertise in various graphic design software packages Adobe Creative Suite 5 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) on Mac Platform
- Superior design and digital type setting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required
