What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate- Paramount Theatre position at Legends Hospitality?
The Role:
The Warehouse Associate will support all scheduled events and nonevent day projects at Paramount Theatre. Key responsibilities include inventories, placing orders, receiving products, stocking bars, and loading storage areas to support the operation and perform various warehouse activities.

Responsibilities:
- Process products accurately and efficiently in designated locations
- Adhere to all security, control and safety procedures established by the organization
- Review and complete orders for accuracy, report shortages
- Identify quality control, safety issues, and repairs, reports to General Manager immediately
- Comply with warehouse regulations and standards in the daily movement of products
- Maintain supply and equipment storage areas in a proactive approach avoiding outages
- Prepare basic food as needed per event, to include but not limited to popcorn, pretzels etc.
- Assist with month end inventory counts
- Assist with proper rotation and/or condemn processes per local health ordinances
- Complete other duties as assigned by management
Schedule runs 2-10:30 PM on event days and Wednesdays from 8am – 4:30 pm (1 day a week delivery day)
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment required
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Able to handle, feel and/or reach
- Able to effectively communicate with teammates and management including the ability to receive and deliver detailed instruction
- Able to work well within a team environment, help and support to team members whenever necessary
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to work all major events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
- Able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. up and down several flights of stairs
- Ability to lift and/ or move up to 50 lbs. (140-pound kegs of beer short distances w/ hand cart)
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour plus tips
