We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Irrigation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems for residential and commercial landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various tools, ensuring efficient water distribution while promoting healthy garden and lawn care practices.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain irrigation systems, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency.
- Dig trenches for irrigation lines using hand tools and power tools.
- Build and repair irrigation components as needed to optimize performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of irrigation systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with landscape maintenance teams to integrate irrigation solutions effectively.
- Provide recommendations for landscape care that enhance the effectiveness of irrigation systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs and system modifications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to irrigation installation and repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot irrigation system issues effectively.
- Familiarity with various irrigation techniques and best practices in garden care.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including digging and lifting as required.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
