Job Summary

Required to operate and maintain drilling equipment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Run drilling equipment.
  • Perform production and maintenance practices
  • Startup/ shut down, cycle start/ cycle stop, chip management, clean machines, wash parts, lube/ grease/ oil, clear jams/ faults, adjust coolant lines, fill coolant tanks as needed, change and set tools, maintain loader, product transportation and change filters.
  • Perform quality practices
  • Follow job packet/ OIIS/ SOPs, gauge checks, FPGP/LPGP, blueprints, SPC, special alerts and scrap accountability
  • Perform communication practices
  • Complete and submit daily production sheet
  • Complete start of shift and end of shift checklists
  • Report issues to supervisor, lead or setups, complete required documentation and help train secondary trainees as needed.

  • Able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods
  • Able to work in warm temperatures
  • Able to tolerate noise and oil
  • Flexible to work shifts, overtime and weekends as required
  • Follow all company policies
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and guidelines
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Meet quality and production requirements each day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
