Role Overview:
As a Game Host and Escape Room Guide, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding experience to our visitors. You'll guide groups through our intricately designed rooms, set the stage for their adventure, and ensure they have an immersive and unforgettable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging Hosting: Welcome participants with enthusiasm, set the tone for their experience, and provide an engaging introduction to the challenge.
- Storytelling: Convey the narrative and background story to immerse players in the scenario, creating an atmosphere of mystery and excitement.
- Rules and Briefing: Clearly explain the rules, objectives, and any necessary instructions to participants, ensuring everyone understands the game play.
- Monitoring: Observe participants during their experience via in person or CCTV, providing subtle hints and guidance when needed to enhance their enjoyment.
- Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and ensuring a positive overall experience for all visitors.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and quick-thinking, adapting your approach to accommodate different groups' dynamics and preferences.
- Character Performance: Act in accordance with the story line, portraying characters or scenarios as required to enhance the immersive experience.
- Problem Solving: Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring that the escape rooms operate smoothly.
