THE ROLE
The Corporate Dining Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operations of food and beverage at AT&T Headquarters. Assisting with administrative functions to ensure smooth execution of standard operating procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Monitor and adjust reports, menus, and inventory lists.
- Manage communication between the team and other departments (, procurement, HR, management).
- Maintain organized records of corporate dining-related expenses and transactions for budgeting and reporting purposes.
- Monitor food, labor, and other operational expenses to ensure compliance with the budget.
- Support in updating and organizing menus, recipes, and food preparation guidelines.
- Monitor cost of goods and labor expense by generating revenue reports, purchasing tracker and labor scheduling.
- Coordinate food and beverage offerings for events.
- Coordinate the event calendar as well as editing BEOs.
- Perform daily audits of clock-in and clock-out records.
- Manage inventory orders for food, paper goods, etc.
- Support clerical tasks including filing, ordering supplies, and ensuring an organized workspace.
