Merchandise Associate - University of Michigan-Game Day Staff
The Merchandise Associate will report directly to the supervisor on duty while working closely with the other sales associates & management to deliver legendary customer service surrounding University of Michigan Game Day events. In addition, it will be necessary to be very knowledgeable about the stadium and services in order to assist any and all guests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Customer Service – Provide fun and professional environment for teammates and fans
- Proactively greet guests and assist all customers
- Uphold Legends standards and policies
- Sales – Accurately ring in sales and handle cash amounts in a timely manner on the Point of Sale terminal
- Ensure that you are educated on the products and services sold throughout the Stadium
- Assist as directed by your supervisor to ensure that your assigned location is neat, organized, clean and fully stocked for all events and set up prior to event
- Assist with stocking of merchandise
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
