THE ROLE

This Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing oversees marketing activities across their assigned LGM clients with this role leading and supporting our pro sports business overall. Senior Manager will own their assigned accounts and also have direct report(s) that support other businesses. This role serves as the first point of contact when clients have a marketing inquiry and work on behalf of the client to determine solutions by leveraging the greater marketing organization including eCommerce, paid media, CRM, and creative teams. They work pro-actively to create and distribute communications both internally and externally to manage the account to maximize sales and margins goals on behalf of our client. This role serves as a leader across the Integrated Marketing Team, sharing best practices and lessons learned with peers and leadership.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Integrated Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Lead development and execution of client campaigns and activations, providing insights and recommendations to build and grow in the future.
  • Develop and maintain client GTM and promotional calendar and own in-venue placement.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for assigned partners, pulling in stakeholders as needed to respond to concerns and ensure issues have been fully resolved. Ensure that resolutions are given promptly and thoroughly address
  • Lead client calls including developing agenda, presentations, talking point and providing recaps, notes and next steps for areas of ownership.
  • Create and deliver strong presentations supporting launch plans, business strategies, and category objectives to senior management for each
  • Leverage resources such as historical data, peer or stakeholder knowledge or past reporting to pro-actively solve challenges and make move forward
  • Understand digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, Display, Paid Social, SEM, and Affiliates and how these levers can impact business; challenge partners to consider new ways of approaching goals to maximize results.
  • Own in-venue strategy for directional and branded signage at key events, maximizing digital website exposure in these placements as much as possible.

Strategic Partner Planning & Project Management

  • Communicate project status to key stakeholders and executives with updates concerning activities and deliverables as well as risks and mitigation
  • Create and execute creative brief / Asana requests that are complete and cohesive of brand and creative requirements.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce and Paid Media teams to ensure all campaigns and promotions are best represented online, approving and testing launches when
  • Compile strategic meeting agendas and manage cross-functional teams to complete projects on-time and cost-effectively, ensuring teams are aware of action items and next steps after each touchbase. Ascertain forward moving project momentum and pace while channel owners are responsible for specific channel strategy. Ensure that the stakeholders’ strategies are complete and executed completely once
  • Partner with Program Managers and other marketing partners to set plan, forecast and actuals for both top line sales and marketing spend, making recommendations to adjust based on performance and channel mix.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

    To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.

  • Five or more years of Marketing or related business experience with a proven track record of success, retail or sports industry experience a plus.
  • BS / BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field.
  • Exhibits superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment while under tight deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively across the organization, clearly articulating strategy, objectives, and timelines and to build consensus to move strategic initiatives forward.
  • Collaborates and influences senior executives, levering excellent presentation skills and leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with eCommerce, Creative, Program Management Teams, and other key stakeholders to provide best in class partnership.
  • Possesses the ability to research and analyze material logically and share ideas and recommendations clearly by creating exceptional campaign overviews and reporting.
  • Shows excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all organizational levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize business activity while demonstrating a can-do attitude and ability to operate in the face of ambiguity.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated and capable of seeking additional areas of ownership.
  • Team player, positive attitude, and can-do spirit.
  • Fluent English - both written and spoken (further languages a benefit)
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and various File Management systems.
