As an Account Representative you will have the opportunity to expand the footprint of our foam products in the Northeast region. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by expanding into other industries in various markets. The team you will be working with is collaborative and innovative, and values challenging work and diversity of thought.
So, what will you be doing as an Account Representative?
- Meet and exceed sales goals by maintaining current accounts and gaining new customers within the region
- Continuously evaluate the market for new business and customer opportunities
- Partner with the ECS manufacturing facilities to respond to customer needs and to build customer relationships
- Provide solution-based support to existing and potential customers.
- Manage all aspects of customer expectations through being the primary point of contact at your serviced accounts
- Support and assist all inter-company team functions related to sales : credit, manufacturing, quality, customer service, etc.
