Compliance Analyst

We, at Leggett & Platt Inc., are searching for a Compliance Analyst within our Logistics team to help support our business. As a Compliance Analyst you will have the opportunity to support multiple company-wide truck fleets. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by ensuring all drivers within the company’s fleets are compliant. The team you will be working with is hard-working, easy going, and values the diverse work that comes with interacting with different personalities.

So, what will you be doing as a Compliance Analyst?

• Scan/Audit logs daily
• Review logs for all violations
• Assess points for serious violations and issue suspensions
• Print and distribute violation letters to drivers
• Print monthly Driver OSHA report for branch 0S00
• Complete employment verifications for previous drivers
• Assist and/or back-up compliance team with various other ad-hoc duties as they arise
  
  

To Be Successful In This Role, You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience in the above-mentioned responsibilities
• Excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail oriented
• Strong computer skills
