Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : (This description is a general statement of required major duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continual basis. It does not exclude other duties assigned.

Receive inbound material from outside suppliers and maintain documentation for in-house raw materials
Maintain all records of quantity in ERP system
Verify ERP / MRP against physical count of inventory
Can juggle many priorities and multi task effectively with limited supervision
Understand the importance of working collaboratively with coworkers and supervisor
Problem-solve and initiate workable solutions
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age to perform this job. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and / or ability required. Reasonable accommodations made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Education / Experience :

Minimum :

High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience

2 years of experience within Inventory or Logistics

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s) Required

Able to work accurately from verbal and written instructions.

Experience in ERP System (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Attendance / Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time.

Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; maintains a clean and organized work environment.

Quantity - Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity.

Safety - Observes all safety procedures and policies; Reports potentially unsafe conditions to supervisor; Uses equipment and materials properly.

Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Able to work accurately from verbal and written instructions.
