Position Overview :
The Junior Designer at Legion Creative supports the design team in producing high-quality, visually engaging content for entertainment and brand clients. Working closely with senior creatives and strategists, the Junior Designer assists in crafting static and digital assets across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Creative Production :
Ideate, Design and pitch creative ideas
Create innovative and visually compelling designs for social, digital, and 360 campaigns.
Support the design team in producing both static and digital assets that align with brand guidelines and creative briefs.
Adapt existing designs to various formats and platforms.
Collaborate on mood boards, concepts, and pitch decks for internal and client presentations.
Balance multiple project deadlines simultaneously while managing time effectively
Production Support :
Maintain a high level of attention to detail
Organize and prepare design files for production (proper formats, naming conventions, etc.)
Assist in maintaining an organized library of templates, files, and design assets.
Collaboration :
Coordinate closely with the creative team, effectively communicating and implementing client feedback across multiple projects.
Work closely with production and strategy teams across the agency to ensure alignment and integration of campaign elements into design.
Foster cross-functional collaboration across creative team disciplines.
Culture :
Champion the Legion culture within the design team, contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.
Stay updated on the latest trends in design to drive innovation.
Lead by example, ensuring new hires understand the agency’s proactive culture.
Drive internal conversations around new design trends and innovations, ensuring the team stays ahead of the curve.
Qualifications :
A portfolio showcasing strong design skills (student work, internships, or freelance projects welcome).
Bachelor’s degree in design, multimedia design or a related field.
2-4 years of agency experience, with a focus on social and digital marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of social platforms, digital advertising, and integrated marketing strategies.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Frame.io, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from senior team members.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with social and digital marketing campaigns.
Current understanding of all social media platforms.
Knowledge of emerging digital trends and technologies including AR, VR, AI.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
