- Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
- Assist with reviewing and verifying invoices for accuracy.
- Help with matching invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents.
- Support the accounts payable team by entering invoice data into the accounting system.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and update contact information as needed.
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements with supporting documentation
- Verify the accuracy of credit card charges and credits.
- Identify and investigate credit card discrepancies, including unauthorized transactions or errors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office setting or with accounts payable is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
