Job Description: Works with Problem Solvers to identify capacity needs; builds and manages carrier relationships; negotiates pricing and maintains a positive relationship with carriers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Develops and maintains relationships with carriers and provides them with superior customer service.
- Negotiates carrier pricing.
- Resolve carrier issues, on & off the road.
- Responsible for meeting expectations and metrics laid out by the team.
- Other duties as assigned.
