Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate case documentation and records in compliance with agency policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience in child protective services or child welfare is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of behavioral health practices and crisis intervention strategies.
- Familiarity with family law principles as they pertain to child welfare cases.
- Strong skills in conflict management and resolution.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including those with disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on empathetic engagement.
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques is a plus.
- Previous experience in childcare or social work settings is advantageous.
