What Youβll Be Doing:
π Provide Top-Notch Service: Be the friendly face and voice that ensures all internal and external customers are treated with the best service!π Create a Fun Environment: Promote a vibrant, upbeat atmosphere that keeps the team motivated, even when the pace is fast and the pressure is on.π Handle Confidential Information: Safeguard sensitive company and employee information with professionalism and care.π Support the Leadership Team: Assist with various administrative tasks that help the management team focus on their core responsibilities.π Recruitment & Onboarding: Help recruit awesome team members by managing job fairs, phone screenings, and interview scheduling. Plus, support onboarding to make new hires feel welcomed from day one!π Reward & Recognition: Assist the leadership team in celebrating our amazing team members with fun recognition initiatives.π Clerical Tasks: Manage employee files, invoices, POs, and other office paperwork with ease and attention to detail.π Mail and Supplies: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, interact with couriers, and keep our office and breakroom stocked with supplies!π€ Guest Interaction: Greet and guide back-of-house visitors, including vendors, job candidates, and attraction guests.π οΈ Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues that may impact the office and work quickly to solve them.π Office Equipment: Keep all office equipment running smoothly so the team can focus on what matters.
What Weβre Looking For:
π Education: High School diploma or GED (customer service experience is a plus!).πΌ Experience: Previous office or administrative experience is great, especially in a fast-paced environment.π£οΈ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of staff, vendors, and customers.π Organizational Skills: You love to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at onceβno task is too small or too big!π» Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of office software and equipment, plus the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.π€ Team Player: Ability to collaborate with different departments and work effectively within a team.πͺ Problem-Solving: A knack for identifying problems and coming up with solutions to keep things running smoothly.
