Retail Supervisor

What You'll Do:

• Lead by Example – Be the superstar on the floor, inspiring your team with your world-class customer service.

• Create Magical Moments – Deliver unforgettable experiences and consistently exceed KPIs & Mystery Visit targets. ✨

• Train & Support – Help onboard and train new team members to ensure safety, efficiency, and awesomeness. ‍‍

• Manage Operations – Collaborate with the Retail Manager on scheduling, merchandising, and inventory control.

• Be a Team Player – Lead your team to be positive, proactive, and most importantly, FUN!

• Safety First – Ensure all safety standards are followed, keeping both staff and guests safe. ️

• Handle Challenges – Take charge when issues arise and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Who You Are:

• A born leader who loves helping others grow

• Able to juggle multiple tasks while keeping a smile on your face!

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure ‍ ️‍ ️

• A people person with excellent communication skills

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in retail, hospitality, or similar industries

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mentorship, motivation, and feedback to your team every day ✨

• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and safety ️

• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and care

• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new talent ✨

• Track performance and help your team grow through personal development plans

• Manage and maintain inventory and help with stock take

• Collaborate with the leadership team on shift briefings and other team initiatives

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or a customer-facing environment

• Experience in sales, guest services, and team leadership

Travel Requirements:

• May require occasional local or domestic travel ✈️

• You’ll be responsible for your safety, your team's safety, and our guests' safety ‍ ️

• You’ll follow all health, safety, and security policies to ensure everyone’s well-being ️

• Incident reports and risk assessments are part of the role ✅

Physical Demands:

• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and move throughout the attraction with ease

• Comfortable in varying temperatures and working indoors/outdoors ❄️

• Ready to adapt and move fast to meet the needs of the day
