Core Responsibilities
- Accountable for the rollout and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Serve as mentor and sparring partner for leaders, focusing on driving performance and team efficiency. Guide people leaders through the performance improvement process when vital.
- Identify trends in Employee Relations where people leaders would benefit from additional training. Create and implement training where needed.
- Conduct investigations as needed.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to implement standard processes to support the business.

As an Employee Relations Manager collaborating with Retail leadership, you will build trusted relationships with employees and leaders, driving a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. You’ll collaborate closely with people leaders and teams to address sensitive workplace matters, guide employee performance discussions, and cultivate a healthy organizational culture.
In this role, you will provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, helping leaders resolve complex situations while ensuring consistency in policy application. You’ll play a critical part in maintaining compliance by staying informed on labor laws and regulations related to equal employment, pay equity, affirmative action, and workplace policies. Your responsibilities will include overseeing investigations, managing conflict resolution processes, and ensuring adherence to best practices in employee engagement with a consistent and unbiased approach.
By acting as a proactive advisor, you’ll contribute to a supportive and motivating work environment. You will work together with leadership to align employee relations strategies with business goals, ensuring that we not only meet legal and regulatory obligations but also create a workplace where every employee feels valued and empowered to succeed.
