Learning and Development - Student Worker

• Support the coordination and administration of our local learning programs.

• Promote our different signature LEGO learning programs for employees and people leaders to drive adoption.

• Coordinate onboarding sessions for new LEGO colleagues to accelerate a sense of belonging to the unique culture and values at the LEGO Group.

• Co-design (potentially also co-facilitate) local learning programs based on needs from stakeholders.

• Support tracking and assessment of development initiatives to drive improvement in key L&D metrics.

• Leverage data analysis skills to create insightful dashboards and tell the L&D story with data visualizations

• Salary $23.68 per hour

• Required to work 40 hours per week throughout the summer. Hours can be flexible when school starts in the fall (perhaps 20-30 hours).
