This unique position will lead the Workplace Transition and Talent stream as we move our Consumer and Shopper Engagement team to two new offices within the US and will work with senior leaders to drive the people and culture agenda during this journey.
Core responsibilities
This position will own the Workplace Transition and Talent stream supporting the Program Lead, People Partner and Senior Leadership for US Consumer and Shopper Engagement, through project management activities specific to people operations and to support with delivering the people and culture agenda during this transitional period.
- Lead various people related activities tied to a workplace transition
- Facilitate employee engagement sessions to communicate project updates to ensure a smooth transition for all colleagues
- Support Onboarding initiatives alongside recruitment and business leaders as we establish our brand in new markets
- Support with the grand opening of two new office locations while being on the ground people partnering support
- Leverage the LEGO Leadership Playground behaviors, provide a safe space for leaders (and leadership teams) to learn, grow ad evolve with the workforce so that they can unlock the full potential of the organization
- Uncover, interpret and use date to identify the root cause of challenges and recommend data-driven solutions
- Encourage and motivate leaders to cultivate a change-ready organization. Share insights and information openly, fostering a culture of knowledge exchange and growth that fosters a diverse and inclusive work environment for all colleagues.
Play your part in our team succeeding
As part of the People, Places & Culture global organization, this role will have responsibilities split across Workplace Experience and People Partnering. This role will collaborate with the direct People Partner to drive the people and culture agenda by tailoring our global people initiatives to increase the impact for Consumer and Shopper Engagement while also delving on the Workplace Experience initiatives as we transition our office location.
This individual will have an opportunity to coach and spar with senior leaders on several issues, including employee satisfaction, talent, diversity and inclusion, onboarding, compensation and leadership development.
The challenges in this role are shaped by the wide variety of initiatives this role will drive and support. To be successful, you must be comfortable navigating multiple competing priorities, facilitating dialogues, providing feedback, executing against firm operational timelines, applying local/ regional nuance to global direction, and resolving complex issues.
Do you have what it takes?
- Demonstrated mid-level experience in People Partnering with leadership (Director ) to ensure the people agenda is aligned to the business priorities, including experience acting as a coach, challenger and trusted advisor
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working and communicating with stakeholders within an international organization.
- Ability to develop business acumen, to support embedding the people and culture agenda in the business plan
- Ability to convert data into insights in a way that informs proposals and influence decisions in people matters within the context of solving business challenges
- Learning agility and ability to objectively and curiously explore multiple sides of employee issues in a way that enables business leaders to evaluate trade-offs, make well informed decision and take appropriate action
Additional details on this position
- This position will initially be based at 501 Boylston St, Back Bay, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by the mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.

- The salary for this position has a range of $90,000 - $135,000 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The definitive compensation may vary in alignment with the selected candidate’s professional background, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
