What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading by Example:
You’ll set the standard of excellence for our team, being the best-in-class on-the-floor leader for assigned areas of the attraction. Every day, you’ll ensure our guests leave with unforgettable memories. ✨
Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire your team to deliver top-notch guest experiences, consistently hitting KPIs and Mystery Visit targets. Your enthusiasm, positivity, and passion for service will be contagious!
Training & Mentoring:
Help train and guide new and existing team members on best practices, ensuring a safe, effective, and fun environment. Your leadership will drive continuous learning and development.
Team Motivation:
Foster a positive, proactive, and FUN environment by leading your team with energy, motivating them to meet performance targets, and delivering service that exceeds guest expectations!
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Duty Manager and oversee smooth operations across your areas
- Be hands-on—lead, mentor, and support your team on the floor
- Manage performance and ensure guest satisfaction and safety standards are met across all areas
- Track key performance metrics like admission figures, inventory levels, and guest dwell time
- Help manage and implement labor budgets and schedules for seasonal or high-demand periods
- Take ownership of guest complaints and operational challenges, ensuring quick resolutions and positive outcomes
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, technical operation, and safety throughout the attraction
- Encourage new ideas and reward innovation from your team
- Lead team meetings and briefings, ensuring everyone is aligned and motivated to deliver outstanding service

Experience: Prior customer service experience is a plus! Experience working with families and children is desirable
