Qualifications & Experience
Position: Guest Experience Shift Lead π’Scope of the Role:As a Guest Experience Shift Lead, youβll be the magic behind the scenes, ensuring the attraction runs smoothly while leading a team dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests! From overseeing admissions to managing our cafΓ© and retail, you'll wear many hats and help our team shine. β¨π
Your Key Responsibilities:
πΌ Lead Like a Pro:
- Manager on Duty for the attraction β youβll oversee the entire operation, from Admissions and Attractions to Retail and Food & Beverage. Youβre the go-to person! πββοΈπββοΈ
- Delegate daily tasks and lead by example to ensure the team provides guest-obsessed service. π
- Manage guest flow in the busiest areas to keep things running smoothly and safely. π‘
- Handle guest concerns quickly and efficiently, ensuring theyβre happy and ready to enjoy more magic. β¨
π Train & Develop Front-Line Hosts:
- Take charge of Host training, ensuring our team is equipped with everything from ride safety to retail standards. π
- Empower your team to handle guest recovery when needed and provide world-class customer service every day. π¬
- Evaluate team performance and provide coaching to help them grow. π±
π½οΈ Support the Guest Experience:
- When not managing, roll up your sleeves and support in departments like training, inventory control, employee engagement, and more. πͺ
- Help with scheduling and keep things running smoothly. ποΈ
Skills & Qualities Weβre Looking For:
π€ Experience in Customer Service:
- Previous experience in customer service and interacting with guests is a must! We want someone who thrives in creating magical experiences for children and families. π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦
- A knack for leading teams with enthusiasm, motivation, and communication skills that inspire others. π£οΈ
β‘ Fun & Energetic Leader:

- Passionate about training and developing others to provide the best experience possible! π
Additional Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Must be flexible with your hours β this role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure everything runs smoothly. π’
- Able to work in indoor or outdoor conditions with varying temperatures and surfaces. πβοΈ
